Centre de Persones Sordes del Baix Empordà
The Association of Deaf People in Baix Empordà (Associació Centre de persones sordes del Baix Empordà) was founded on July 12th, 2013. Currently, it has approximately 43 members from Baix Empordà and Barcelona, who come to the area during the holidays. We organize leisure and cultural activities, walks and conferences, among other things, as well as interpretation services for members. We also offer courses to disseminate Catalan Sign Language. We collaborate with the Palafrugell City Council for the transfer of the premises.
