Exchanging information, doubts and progress is always very important in any scientific project. That is why we were very excited to be able to participate in the ‘Digging into signs workshop’, at the University College London, on March 30-31, 2015, by presenting the poster “Annotation in the Catalan Sign Language Corpus Project”. The same year we published the article by Gemma Barberà, Josep Quer and Santiago Frigola “First steps towards the documentation of signed discourse: the pilot project for the constitution of the corpus of Catalan Sign Language” in issue 25 of ‘Treballs de Sociolingüística Catalana’. In that article, we present the creation of the pilot project of the Reference Corpus of the Catalan Sign Language (LSC): the objectives, the methodology and the materials we adopted.
